BSSC Admit Card Released; Check exam day Guidelines here


PATNA: The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has finally issued the admit card for inter level combined competitive exam (PT) exam 2014. The prelimary exam will be conducted in two shifts from December 8th to December 10th, 2018.

How to download BSSC Admit Card

Go through the steps that are given to download BSSC admit card

Step 1 – Click here to download admit card of BSSC
Step 2 – Enter the registration number, date of birth, or name of the candidate’s father and his date of birth
Step 3 – Click on the submit button after entering the information required
Step 4 – BSSC admit card will appear on the screen
Step 5 – Go through all the information mentioned in BSSC admit card
Step 6 – Download the admit card
Step 7 – Print the admit card

Items prohibited on the day of the exam

  • Candidates will not be allowed to wear shoes or socks
  • Tabiz, rings and jewellery is not allowed
  • Eatable items abd beverages are banned at the exam centre
  • Candidates are not permitted to bring their own pencil or pen

Books which are permitted inside BSSC exam hall

Candidates will be permitted to bring any three books for the following sections:

  • General Knowledge
  • Science
  • Maths

Note: Only books of ICSE, NCERT or any recognised board will be permitted and candidates must ensure that they write their name and roll number on the book.

BSSC Exam Day Guidelines

  • Candidates who will be appearing in the first shift of the exam must reach the exam centre at 7:30 a.m while those who will appear in the second shift of the exam of BSSC, they must reach around 12:00 p.m along with the admit card of BSSC and valid photo identity proof.
  • Candidates must check that the number on the OMR sheet and the question paper is the same. In case of any discrepancy, candidates must get both the question paper and OMR sheet changed within ten minutes of the commencement of the exam
  • Candidates must use only blue or black ball point pen on the OMR sheet. The pen will be provided in the exam hall.
  • Candidates are not allowed to make any identity mark on part 2 of the OMR sheet. If such a mark is found, the OMR sheet will not be checked
  • It is illegal to tear any pages of the test booklet
  • Impersonation is a punishable offence
  • It is mandatory to return the question paper, OMR SHEET and the pen to the invigilator before the candidate decides to leave the exam hall.
