CAT 2018 – IIM Calcutta issues exam day guidelines

KOLKATA: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, the body which will be conducting Common Admission  Test (CAT) 2018 has issued an advisory about do’s and dont’s on the day of the exam. CAT 2018 will be conducted in computer based mode on November 25.

What To Carry to CAT 2018 Exam Centre

According to CAT exam day guidelines, candidates will  be allowed to carry with them the following documents only

  • CAT 2018 Admit Card
  • Photo Identity Proof
  • Medical Certificate if required
  • Scribe affidavit

Note: Candidates will be permitted to wear plain sweaters, cardigans without pockets, plain pullovers, socks etc.

What not to carry to CAT exam centre 2018

The following items are not allowed inside the exam centre of CAT 2018:

  • Jackets
  • Footwear
  • Jewellery that contains metal
  • Watches
  • Mobile phone
  • Calculators
  • Stationery items

Candidates would not be allowed to bring with them any personal belonging and it will have to be left outside the exam centre.
