The day 1 of JEE Main Paper 1 concluded. The April session of JEE Main Paper 1 was conducted in two shift on April 8 by National Testing Agency (NTA). According to the candidates who appeared for the Paper 1 (both the shifts) the exam was moderately difficult.
In the afternoon shift, students found Mathematics difficult, while Chemistry easiest.The questions from Physical Chemistry was hard while Inorganic part was easy in the Chemistry section.
However, students also reported that Physics to be tough.
As per the media reports, most of the questions in the morning shift were moderate to easy in Chemistry. Whereas, students reported that Mathematics section was the toughest in the forenoon shift.
The Physics section carried questions mostly from Semiconductor, EMI, Mechanics, and Sound. Mathematics had questions from Quadratic Equations and Complex Number. Moreover, students reported that questions were in greater extent from Coordinate Geometry, Circle and Straight Lines in Mathematics sections. While, in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry was asked in huge number in comparison to Chemical Reactions and Solution.
NTA is conducting JEE Main 2019 April session exam on April 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12. JEE Main paper 2 was concluded on April 7 where around 1 lakh students.
