IIFT MBA (IB) 2019 entrance exam concluded on December 2, 2018. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) conducted the entrance examination is a single session- 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. The IIFT MBA (IB) 2019 was conducted in offline mode (pen-paper based test). The question paper had multiple choice questions which candidates had to answer in 3 hours. The question paper was divided into 4 sections which carried following- General Awareness (26 MCQs), English Usage (20 MCQs) Reading Comprehension (17 MCQs), Logical Reasoning (20 MCQs), Data Interpretation (15 MCQs), and Quantitative Ability (20 MCQs).
IIFT MBA (IB) 2019 Exam Analysis
As the exam concludes, students, must be curious to know how the exam was overall. This analysis of exam will have candidates to calculate their chances of qualifying the test and what will be expected cutoff. As per the student’s inputs and reaction, it can be figure about that section I which carried General Awareness question was a moderate difficulty. If a candidate has prepared well and was well-versed with the current affairs, s/he can score marks easily as the questions asked were not at all difficult.
Section II was also found out to be moderate difficulty level. The section contained 5 passages in the reading comprehension section which were long but not difficult. While the majority of candidates find Section III of Logical Reasoning easy. On the other hand, students find Data Interpretation a difficult one. There were 5 questions from DI which were more of calculation and tricky type. Apart from this. candidates find Quantitative Aptitude was the most difficult in comparison to the other sections. So, as per the students, the easiest section amongst all was Logical Reasoning only.
IIFT MBA (IB) is the national level entrance exam conducted by IIFT. The entrance exam is held every year for admission in MBA (International Business) offered by the institute.
