NEW DELHI: The Election Commission of India announced the dates for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019 which will be held in seven phases. Polling will take place on May 19 and it is on this day that IIT Roorkee will conduct JEE Advanced 2019 also in computer based mode. Some of the constituencies of the states where elections will take place on May 19 are Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh,West Bengal, Chnadigarh.

Will IIT Roorkee Change The Date for JEE Advanced?
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, which will conduct the JEE Advanced 2019 had announced the exam date long ago. In all probability, 2, 24,000 candidates are likely to appear for the exam which will be held in computer based mode in different parts of India. Now hat needs to be seen is whether IIT Roorkee will change the date for the exam or not as it is unlikely that the election commission will change the dates.
About JEE Advanced 2019
The JEE Advanced Exam is conducted in two stages where in if the candidate qualifies JEE Main then he or she will have to appear for JEE Advanced. It is for the first time that JEE Main is being held twice within a span of four months in computer based mode by National Testing Agency. All the candidates who clear JEE Main, they would have to appear for JEE Advanced after which they would be offered admission to the IITs if they clear JEE Advanced as well.
