New Delhi: The State Bank of India is likely to announce SBI Clerk 2019 result of prelims exam anytime soon. Candidates can check their SBI Clerk result 2019 with registration/roll number and date of birth. The result of SBI clerk 2019 contains overall score secured by the candidates out of total 100 marks and eligibility for appearing in mains exam scheduled to be held on August 10, 2019.
Approximately 90000 candidates will be selected for appearing in the mains exam based on the SBI Clerk prelims result. The selection of candidates for appearing the mains exam will be based on the overall score secured in prelims exam while the sectional cutoff score has been removed.

- Click on submit to obtain SBI Prelims result

The mains exam will be conducted online and the questions booklet will have 190 multiple choice questions of 200 marks. The mains exam admit card will be released in July fourth week.
The prelims score will be used only for selecting candidates for mains exam. According to exam officials, score secured in preliminary exam will not be considered for preparing the merit list for final selection.
The score secured in mains exam will be used for selection of candidates for SBI Clerk at Junior Associates level (Customer Support & Sales).Candidates who will be high in merit list will be only selected for recruitment as clerk for the available vacancies in different states.
SBI Clerk recruitment to be conducted in two phases prelims followed by mains. Also,tTest of specified opted local language will be conducted only for those candidates who will not able to show class 10 or 12 standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language.
Also a wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained based on SBI Clerk result 2019. The reserved list will be released quarterly against non-joining and resignation out of the current batch only. This wait list will be valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of SBI Clerk result 2019.
