NTA Declares UGC NET Results 2019

NEW DELHI: UGC NET 2019 Results Announced|National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the UGC NET 2019 June session result on July 12. According to the UGC NET result 2019, a total of 4756 candidates has been qualified for JRF and Assistant Professor. While, 55701 candidates has been qualified only for Assistant Professor.

As per the official report a total of 6,81,718 candidates appeared for UGC NET 2019 conducted in the month of June between 20 and 26.

Candidates can check UGC NET result 2019 from the official result from the official website of NTA. The result of UGC NET can be checked from the following steps.

UGC NET online test was held for three-hour duration distributed in two papers.Both are mandatory to attend as the result has been declared based on the marks secured in Paper 1 and 2. The UGC NET paper 1 contains 50 multiple choice questions of 100 marks while paper 2 contains 100 objective questions of 200 marks.

UGC NET is a national level exam conducted by National testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) to access candidates eligibility either for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or both. Based on the UGC NET candidates can apply for JRF or Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges.

UGC NET helds aims two times a year to ensure minimum standards of qualification and aptitude required for the entrants in the teaching profession and research. NTA conducts UGC NET in 99 subjects.
